email address is used to invite you to participate in
upcoming research projects. The personal information
we collect such as gender, birth date, state of residence
and employment status are used to qualify you for upcoming
studies and to provide aggregate category information
to our clients such number of males or females who completed
a project. Your name and mailing address enable us to
send you cash, prizes and/or other rewards you earn
based on your participation.

your profile is stored in our proprietary database.
This profile is strictly confidential. Your personal
information such as name, address and phone number etc.
is never sold or released to other companies.

Updating/Correcting
or Deleting your profile information
|
Periodically,
you will be sent an email request to update your profile.
If you would like to delete your profile or correct
profile information, please contact Member
Support. Once you delete your profile, you will
no longer receive email invitations from QPanelist.com.
You may rejoin at anytime. Please keep in mind that
any change to your profile information may take 3-5
business days.

Opt-out

at anytime you wish to end your membership with QPanelist.com,
please contact Member
Support. After your profile has been deleted, you
will no longer receive email invitations from QPanelist.com.

Rewards
|
|
Anyone
who participates in a QPanelist.com
survey or study is eligible for the prize or incentive
established for that study. Information regarding drawings,
cash incentive or other prizes will be explained when
you qualify for a study. At times, QPanelist.com
may request additional information such as your mailing
address and/or any information required by law for reporting
purposes, such as your social security number.

Notification
of Changes
|

If
there are material changes to our privacy policy, reward
policy or ownership of this panel, you will be notified
directly via email. All changes will be updated on our
website 30 days before they go into effect.

information is secure. Access to your profile is password
protected and restricted to our site administrators.
You will only be contacted for the reasons described
