In order to maintain an atmosphere that is conducive to testing, ensures our clients’ confidentiality, and maintains our study validity, the following guidelines should be adhered to when coming to our Old Bridge facility or participating in off-site testing for Q.

• This is to ensure the safety and well being of your children.

• All studies are scheduled at set intervals to ensure that all respondents are attended to in a timely manner.

Please notify Q as soon as possible if you:

• Need to cancel
• Are running late
• Need to reschedule

• All product information is strictly confidential.
• Q values the opinion of all respondents and does not wish to see that opinion unduly biased by the opinion of others.

You may only pick-up products for yourself or your child.

• To ensure that all respondents are eligible to participate, each respondent is re-screened upon arrival.
• To ensure that all respondents fully understand study requirements, each respondent is given a detailed orientation to the study at time of pick-up.
• Your attendance offers you the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarification on any study details.

• Under no circumstances are you allowed to park in the spots labeled “AMI” or “SF”.  These spots are for employees and customers of the other companies in the building.
• Should there be no parking spots available, please park on the street or at the Elks Club on Old Amboy Road.  Please do not park in the Amboy Bank parking lot.

To insure that we maintain the integrity of our environment for flavor or fragrance evaluations, please:

• Do not wear any fragrance to a study (including fragrance gels, lotions, hairsprays, etc.) because it can interfere with evaluations.

If you are participating in a flavor or fragrance evaluation, please refrain from the following activities for at least one hour before your appointment:

• Smoking
• Eating garlic, onions or other fragrant foods
• Drinking coffee
